Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from our international warehouses. As soon as your order ships, we email you the tracking number, so you always know where it is.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–3 working days.
- Delivery to Italy and the European Union: usually between 7 and 15 working days from shipping.
- Other available countries: usually between 10 and 20 working days from shipping.
These are estimated times: in peak season or for reasons beyond our control (customs, strikes, weather) they may be a few days longer.
Shipping costs
- Italy: €7,00. Free on orders from €55.
- European Union: €14,99.
- Other available countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia and others): €19,99.
The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Taxes and customs
For shipments within the European Union, the price you see already includes VAT and customs formalities are handled through IOSS: you will not have to pay anything when your parcel is delivered. For shipments outside the EU, customs in the destination country may apply import taxes or duties, payable by the recipient.
Problems with your order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, write to us at info@vitarialy.com or on WhatsApp at +39 352 221 0405 with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
